Conference Lodging:

Banquet Guests:

The reception, banquet and speaker are included with your conference registration. You can add additional guests for the banquet ($100 each) here:

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations of conference registration will be subject to service charges after these dates: 25% after July 6, 50% after July 17, and 75% after July 24. We regret that we cannot refund cancellation requests received after July 26. This cancellation policy applies to conference registration, workshop registration, and the campus residential facility. Memberships once started cannot be cancelled before the end of the membership year. Different cancellation rules apply to the University Guest House.

SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP

Membership includes annual conference rate, poster, and subscriptions to SCTPLS Newsletter and journal, Nonlinear Dynamics in Psychology and Life Sciences (NDPLS). Subscriptions are fulfilled for the complete calendar year.

	$45 Optional regular membership add-on, 1yr Online access to all NDPLS volumes 1997-2026 thru 2026.
	$220 Two-year membership 2025-27 or renewal includes a full print subscription to Vols. 30 and 31 of NDPLS, membership thru 31-August-27, Newsletters, and annual poster.
	$90 Optional regular membership add-on, 2yr Online access to all NDPLS volumes 1997-2027 thru 2027.
	$110 2025-26 Student membership or renewals include a full print subscription to Vol. 30 of NDPLS, membership thru 31-August-26, Newsletters, and annual poster.
	$45 Optional student membership add-on, 1yr Online access to all NDPLS volumes 1997-2026 thru 2026.
