CANCELLATION POLICY AND CRITICAL DATES
Our cancellation policy is the result of the specific requirements of our host
facility, which is why it varies from year to year. A registration is complete
when the fee is paid. Early registration rates apply to transactions completed
before the critical date. Policies pertaining to critical dates go into effect
at 12:01 AM Eastern Daylight Time. Please plan accordingly.
Institutional purchase orders will not be accepted in lieu of timely payment.
JULY 8 -- Cancellation of registrations and lodging are subject to a 50% service
charge.
JULY 20 -- Early registration ends. On-site prices are in effect, $25
additional. Cancellations of registration and BU lodging are subject to a 75%
service charge.
JULY 25 -- All requests for BU parking passes are due. Cancellations of
registration and BU lodging are subject to a 100% service charge.
Membership dues are not refundable.
